One AI credit is one thing the AI writes for you: a drafted post in the studio, a critique of a draft you wrote, or a set of reply angles for a post in your feed. Credits and scheduled posts reset a month after the day you subscribed, and every month after that — yearly plans included.

- Is there a free trial?
- There's something better: a free plan with no expiry date. Connect your X account, watch 3 accounts, schedule 10 posts a month and use 25 AI credits, for as long as you like. Upgrade when the limits start to pinch.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- The thing you're doing stops and says so — no surprise charges, no silent overage. Your existing posts and data stay exactly where they are.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, from the billing portal. Stripe prorates the difference, so you're never paying twice for the same days.
- What if I cancel?
- Pro runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then you drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — your posts, drafts and history are all still there, just under the free limits.
- Do you train AI on my posts?
- No. Your drafts go to Claude to write and critique them, and come straight back. They're never posted into training data and never used for anyone else.
- Do I need my own X developer account or API key?
- No. You connect your own X account with one click over OAuth, and BigDealSocial posts as you through X's official API.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Cards, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts come from Stripe automatically, and we never see your card details.
- Can I delete everything?
- Yes — delete your account from your settings and your personal data goes with it inside 30 days, bar the invoices tax law makes us keep.
